Joan Shewan – accompanist
An accompanist since the age of 11, Joan gained her Bachelor of Music at Melbourne University. A former student of Roy Shepherd, she now teaches piano at Methodist Ladies College.
She is an experienced accompanist, including having played for the National Theatre Opera School, ballet classes and the Camberwell Chorale, as well as undertaking an extensive overseas trip to the United Kingdom and Europe. Presently Joan is the accompanist for the MSC Junior Schoo Chor, the Star Chorale, and the Glen Eira City Choir.
